Who we are

Diaconia Hands of Grace - CBO

We are a non-profit Community Based Organization (CB0) registered in 2025 under the. We carry out our operations in the Kisii South Sub-County, but in case of church projects in our charge, our organization does perform its work wherever the respective church project site is located within the church’s jurisdiction. Our core mandate is to empower vulnerable communities through sustainable development initiatives, capacity building, and social support programs. We work closely with local leaders, stakeholders, and partner institutions to identify pressing community needs and implement impactful, inclusive solutions.
